  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
      Strong English or regional language proficiency

  • Experience Requirement

    • 1 to 3 years in customer support or call center roles preferred

  • Additional Requirement

    • Excellent communication skills
      Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset
      Ability to work in rotating shifts
      Good computer and CRM-handling skills
