On-Call Driver

PompomCar is expanding its mobility services and looking for disciplined, customer-focused drivers to join our fleet team. This role ensures safe, reliable, and comfortable travel experiences for our users.
Job Responsibility
- Drive customers safely to their destinations following traffic regulations.
  Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle at all times.
  Ensure punctuality and professional conduct during service.
  Assist passengers with luggage and special requirements when needed.
  Report vehicle issues and coordinate with fleet supervisors.
  Follow assigned routes, schedules, and customer instructions.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum SSLC / High School Pass
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred
  Valid driving license required
Additional Requirement
- Strong sense of safety and responsibility
  Good communication and customer handling skills
  Ability to navigate city routes and use maps
  Neat and professional appearance
